Season 2 probably works better when seen in three-four days, where you don't get to imagine what everything means, and just enjoy it. There is really a lot to enjoy, 2*4 is great, and 2*8 is even better imo. That said, not much can save its last half hour.

Even though S2 was mostly disappointing, it showed some promise. And S1 is still a masterpiece. So I'm hopeful.

I'm more optimistic about season 3 now. Season 2 was beautifully made, for sure, but one hell of a mess story-wise. I much prefer the story of season 1. Probably would've been better if season 1 was 1 or two episodes shorter but still.
