Re: Godzilla (2014)

If they do it right, maybe. As for the films you mention, Avatar and Gravity were pretty much made for 3D and shot in 3D. MOS and this not. I know the conversion process is a lot better now but still. Not to forget, you don't really notice that the scope is a bit smaller with Avatar and Gravity bec...

Re: Godzilla (2014)

I couldn't get thru Emmerich's Godzilla and I'll never fully watch it. Might check out the original, should be interesting. As for the poster, they wouldn't want to give us the best look at Godzilla on their posters now would they. I'm still surprised by his size, he really is incredibly large. Stil...

Re: Fantastic Four (2015)

That meme is incredibly stupid. Either way, I'm looking forward to this much more than goth. I think they have assembled a very intriguing cast. Interested in seeing how Josh Trank does this now - has he signed on a multiple film deal, or will he just be helming the first installment? I think they'r...

Re: The Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)

As for the rest, not impressed with anything and that "music", now that's cringeworthy. https://mattsko.files.wordpress.com/2011/08/get-out-gif.gif?w=560 http://img.pandawhale.com/post-31246-maybe-maybe-not-maybe-fuck-you-tQ59.gif http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ljazw6SDy01qbu0hlo1_500.gif

Re: Fantastic Four (2015)

I love the Fantastic Four comic books, have quite some of them. The two films were complete failures unfortunately. The source material is good and exciting, I think Trank has the qualities to make this work. As for Bell as The Thing, an unexpected choice. But I dig him and the best way to portray T...

Re: Jesse Eisenberg is Lex Luthor

I'm not a fan of Eisenberg. And I really hope he won't play Lex like most of his roles. As for his look, I think bald would look good on him. As for his age, I like it that he's the same age as Cavill. Just like BaleBatman/LedgerJoker, it's interesting to have the main hero and villain to be around ...

Re: The Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)

My appreciation of the MCU was on it's lowest pit ever after Iron Man 2 and never really raised again. I feel their movies are too simple, too childlike and too "funny". Then this was announced and I thought, well it's something else for a change. Whole new batch of characters and setting, this cou...

Re: 'Man of Steel' sequel delayed until 2016

If this film isn't 'too dense' with superheroes/villains, I do think it has bunch of components which could make this quite watchable. More than the original anyway. I imagine this one will have less of the soul-searching and more of the wham bam. Look, Nolan managed to handle like 5 villains per B...
