Re: Nolan's Next Film

I’ll see anything Nolan puts out, Hughes biopic, you name it. But if it’s gonna be an IP, I know the one I’m hoping for.

Re: Nolan's Next Film

My honest to goodness dream announcement is WB/Syncopy/Legendary films teaming with Nintendo to adapt The Legend of Zelda. A full fledged adaption by Nolan and his team would be shocking. It would explain all this secrecy no? Imagine making Hyrule come to life without excessive green screen or cgi. ...

Re: Nolan's Next Film

Highly doubt a streaming release for Nolan’s next movie. How could it not be a full fledged theatrical release via WB?

I’d be excited for the Hughes movie. But after all this waiting I’m hoping to be surprised honestly.

Re: Nolan's Next Film

According to IMDB Carrey has a wide open schedule after the Sonic the hedgehog movie, and I’m sure he’d be dying to do something like this right now at this stage of his career. Given his age though I wonder if that constrains the time period the film can cover. And tonally I wonder how this will di...

Re: Nolan's next film after Dunkirk

I still want the Howard Hughes film. Jonathan Nolan commented on it recently: It remains one of the very greatest scripts I've ever read. It's astonishing. I think he's on the record as saying he just took too long writing it, but however long it took, you had Scorsese's DiCaprio project ("The Avia...

Re: Nolan's Next Film

One of Nolan’s biggest landmark influences was Star Wars (77). I bet you he wants to do something like that. A portal to another world we’ve never seen before. Something that the whole family can go to. Something that can break a billion at the global box office and that ensures he can continue maki...

Re: Nolan's Next Film

Just keep an eye on Variety and Deadline Hollywood. 12pm eastern and 9am Pacific. That’s the time press releases usually break. Not saying today but in general. All this time of pre production time ensures the film will be gigantic imho. Can’t wait obviously.

Re: Nolan's Next Film

I hope he does something again with Bale. That would be exciting. Also Fionn Whitehead. I have a hunch Nolan had him in mind as an actor to work with again after Dunkirk.
