Re: Dooble Bug

chee wrote:Really interesting short film. I got it off that Cinema 16 DVD as well, and I have to say, Doodle Bug was the only interesting short on there.
I disagree, 'About A Girl' blew me away!
There were a few more that I liked, but the best two where Doodlebug and About A Girl.

Re: My little short film.

Alrighty, This short film is short and I have to say that I couldn't really laugh about it. You could make the feeling of an old movie a little bit better by using 'fast-motion'. If you look at old Charlie Chaplin movies, they always move a bit faster than normal. Back then, it was the only way of f...

Re: My movie plans

I am not really getting excited by your outlines. They are a bit predictable and no not really contain anything new, something I haven't seen before. Right now, I would really advise you to write your short films. I have started writing about a year ago, and I am still writing a lot of short films w...

Re: My 98 year old great-grandmother in hospital!

I wish you all good luck with everything! When you're that old, you become very fragile for infections, I hope it'll turn out well! In fact, my own grandmother is in the hospital right now too. She suffered from a stroke about 1½ week ago. She already had one 11 years ago which parralised her right ...

Re: Who's gonna see Revenge Of The Fallen?

You don't watch Michael Bay movies for a good story, you watch them for the cars that fly over your head, buildings that blow up, bombs going off everywhere. 8-)

[IMPLEMENTED] Aspiring Filmmakers section

Hello admins,

Can you make a new section of the forum about Aspiring Filmmakers, just like they have on M. Night Fans? I believe it could contribute to the forum and make it maybe a bit more fun?

Re: Who's seen Following?

I haven't seen the movie, but according to Imdb: 1. Yes 2. As far as I know, only the man. 3. The man is a writer and follows people in hopes he will find new material to write about. On one of his follows, he finds out that the man he follows is a thief. 4. 69 minutes. 5. Rated R for language and s...

Re: What are your favorite Christopher Nolan movie?

Definately Memento. It is the only Nolan movie which made it into my personal top 5 best movies ever. It is probably the way it was writen, the whole backwards story is amazing and he created a twist ending, which is at the beginning of the story! Amazing. I have explained more of this in an other t...
