I'm down.
If it was playing here, I'd go and check it out again... and I have to drive 150 miles to my nearest IMAX.

Re: Interstellar Oscar Chances

A true shame that Hans or Trent didn't win best score last night. Again, as predicted, the old folks went with the most generic and bland and boring score. Anyways, here's the announcement schedule for Oscar noms on Thursday: http://oscar.go.com/blogs/oscar-news/oscars-2015-nominees-announcement-an...

Re: Interstellar General Information

Tonight we will find out if Hans Zimmer wins a Golden Globe for Interstellar ! I wonder if Nolan is at the awards show with Zimmer? I hope so, but I also doubt it. There's practically no talk of Interstellar during this award season and the movies that usually win anything are considered for many c...

Re: Interstellar General Information

I love this cast... :D Best cast Nolan has ever had. Damn that would be a tough one to pick in my opinion. He had some amazing casts. In no particular order I would say these are my favorites: - Interstellar (McConaughey, Hathaway, Chastain, Damon, C. Affleck, Caine) - The Dark Knight Rises (Bale, ...

Re: Interstellar General Information

Let me ask you. In twenty years what movie will be seen as more significant? Interstellar or Guardians? Well, it's really hard to say. There's no real formula as to what becomes more significant. Many people felt that Cloud Atlas would become a cult classic and people I think forgot about that film...

Re: Is this or INCEPTION (2010) Nolan's "masterpiece"?

Oh, It's The Dark Knight for sure for me. Inception is a little overrated in my opinion because it's bogged down by its dialogue - the repetetive nature of it and the constant and relentless explanation. And while still an amazing action film with many original visuals, they never capitalised on the...

Re: How Interstellar could be continued

I thought about the same thing as my colleague above. There were 12 astronauts in the Lazarus missions. Twelve different planets out of which we only got a look at 3, and out of those we only got a good look at two. There's so much room for creating new, original planets. Some incredibly unwelcoming...
