Re: Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)

JJ had the opportunity to fully own the ideas and direction that Last Jedi took, maybe even convince a few people to look at this trilogy in a new light, but nope. They went the dumb fan service route. Things clearly worked out really well there JJ...

Re: Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)

It's not a horrible movie

but it did kinda throw a big bag of poo all over The Last Jedi. It's kinda embarrasing.

Re: Rank the films of Quentin Tarantino

Tier list: 1 Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Inglourious Basterds 2 Hateful Eight, Kill Bill Vol.2 3 Django Unchained, Kill Bill Vol.1, Jackie Brown, Death Proof Really like all of his films. If I'd count both Kill Bill's as one movie, it would place on the second tier.

Hopefully Boyega’s career fades into oblivion post Star Wars. Would serve him right. He’s also the worst new actor of the ST quite comfortably.
He's good. And you hope his whole career goes away because of couple dumb comments?

Re: 2019-2020 Awards Season

OUATIH as a comedy?? Even by Globe standards that is a stretch. It had funny parts, but I wouldn't classify it as comedy, and Pitt and DiCaprio weren't giving comedic performances. Honestly, not a stretch at all. Go look up nominations from past ten years; it's laughable. Once a upon in Hollywood a...
